20/20 Image Eye Center - Fountain Hills

If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, you must come here. Everyone employed here is very very kind and treats you with kindness and respect. I have severe anxiety when going to any dr and Anna and Dr Peterson went about and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Hands down they are the best eye care place I have ever been to in my 49 years of life. Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much again for everything

The staff was friendly and professional. There was no wait. The doctor was thorough and professional. I have felt rushed.the gentleman that helped me choose frames and lenses seemed was knowledgeable and friendly. Glasses are a bit pricey.

The customer service there is incredible! As a new patient I was so impressed from the moment I walked in it was the best service I have ever had! Staff is friendly and the doctor was excellent! I will return for sure!!!

My first time at the eye center. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. All staff were fantastic . My eye technician was professional and extremely helpful. Love my new glasses. Highly recommend this eye center.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I googled them and they offered same-day service and actually delivered on that promise. You won't find a better experience for vision care anywhere. From booking the appointment to the front desk to the tech to the doctor to checkout. Even when I arrived I checked in and sat down briefly (arrived early) and not one, but two people politely asked if I'd been helped. 5 out of 5 stars doesn't seem enough! Thank you!

* Quick and accurate service * A plethora of choices & types of frames from which to select * Accurate diagnosis, for each lens as I have mono-vision * Precise frame fitting :-) It would be a nice convenience to include "snap-on-sun protection lenses" for bright and sunny weather conditions.

I was greeted promptly and checked in for my appointment. The staff here are always friendly, helpful and professional. It is easy to make an appointment and I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and doctors

I had a great experience at this optical shop! The staff were incredibly attentive and warm – they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect pair of corrective eyeglasses. There was a wide variety of stylish frames to choose from, which made the whole process fun and exciting. I’m really happy with my new glasses — they fit perfectly and the vision correction is spot-on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a great selection!

Was new to the area, and they saw me right away for new glasses ordered since my current glasses had broken. Very friendly staff! I did have to wait an extended amount of time to get glasses fitted, etc, but hoping that was a one time fluke. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place!

This was my first visit to 20/20 Image Eye Center. I was very happy with the whole experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. Dr. Peterson explained everything very clearly as did the technician too.
